By visiting Silver’s Framery & The FaFa Gallery online or in person, you agree to treat our team with the same respect we show your artwork. All purchases, deposits, and orders are subject to standard lead times, material availability, and design approval.

All framing jobs are custom and non-refundable after final design approval. If something ain’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it. We're in the business of making things look good—and keeping our neighbors happy.

For online orders (especially those fulfilled by Printful), all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Issues with shipping, delays, or product defects should be reported immediately so we can help resolve them through the fulfillment provider.

We accept payments online through secure payment processing provided by Stripe. Stripe may collect information such as your name, billing address, and card details to complete your transaction. Their terms and privacy policies apply where applicable. All payment data is encrypted and processed securely.

Use of our website, gallery visits, and participation in marketing promotions is voluntary and subject to change without notice.
